Every piece of encaustic work is completely individual, I have found scanning the work onto the p.c. and then printing it off onto plain white card works really . It is also a way of getting just the right backing paper for a project.

Hi! Den, now we are back and cooking we have had the chance to look again at your wonderful cards, yes, I do like fairys, they greet me most mornings and that's before I get out of bed! Grumpy say's that I should give them a party, but there what does he know?
Last month, while visiting Barnstaple, I discovered a lady doing encaustic pictures.
I was so impressed with her art work that I wanted to try it for myself and try to incorporate it with my card making. I think I am doing this quite successfully but am loathe to sell the cards once I have completed them, so I have set up this blog as a way of sharing my work with anyone who is interested and as an archive for all the encaustic work I do.
