A Challenge Sketch from Di Hickman!

I decided to use some encaustic work on the challenge sketch I done for Di, I think encaustic work is a great backing for masculine cards.

I have put this card on my sister blog as well but thought it ought to be here because of the encaustic backing used!

The dragon is stamped onto silver mirror card, coloured with sakura glaze pens and clear embossed before being cut out and placed on the prepared card blank.

Just dropped by to publish a couple of encaustic cards I've recently finished. Both are done using a new mermaid stamped that I recently bought with the intention of using it in conjunction with encaustic work. I think the two go really well together!
